About Paloma: With over 20 years of expertise in International Sales & Marketing connecting with people and cultures across all five continents, she now champions Conca de Barberà wine region and its people. This region, located in the heart of the Cistercian route in Catalonia, boasts over 1,000 years of wine making tradition. Exporting this region’s remarkable nature, landscape, and heritage worldwide. Based in Montblanc, a medieval town, Clos Montblanc produces unique wines from both local and international grapes, including traditional blends and single grape varieties, covering whites, rosés, and reds. Their offerings include still wines from D.O. Conca de Barberà, D.O. Catalonia, D.O. Cava (Traditional Method sparkling wine). The wines are created by Josep Vadri, the winemaker at Clos Montblanc, who is one of the most remarkable individuals and professionals in Spain.
About Peter: Peter has over 30 years of experience in the wine industry and over 10 years with EWGA. His introduction to the industry started with 2 years of studies at the Lycee d’Enseignement Professional de Montreuil Bellay, Loire Valley, France, studying Viticulture and Oenology. Peter is responsible for selling the agency portfolio to the trade in the South of England.
