Started by former bartenders in 2016, Pocketful of Stones is an independent distillery based in Penzance, Cornwall. They have an eclectic range of spirits, including a variety of Gin, Whisky, Vodka, Agave spirits and last but not least; Absinthe!
Sian has been with the company since 2020, and started out in the distillery, then the tastingĀ room and now looks after customers in the South West and Wales. Her favourite tipple from the range is their Cafe Agave!
