BIG BIG Thanks the Chef Mark, Sharon @thefoxinn_corscombe , @portlandshellfish , ALL of Team Vineyards Delaney, Devan, Nunu, Ionas, Sade & Hannah you ran a smooth ship, Sheri & Chris, and you lovely lovely lot for bringing your best selves. Of course Night Two ended with a lesson in Cha Cha Cha from pros and an impromptu Greek Dance! BIG Cheers šŸ„‚ P.s. 60 peopleā€¦we ate 30 lobsters, 36 crabs, 40 mackerel pĆ¢tĆ©, 160 scallops, 46 bowls of salad, 38 loafs of mixed sourdoughs and granary from @lievitobakery and drank 15 martinis, 19 bottles of Fizz (mostly @gusbourne_wine) 54 bottles of wine, 2 Caribbean Queens, a Hugo Spritz, a Paloma, and a hot chocolate ā€” yes, really! And, because seafood and great wine belong together, weā€™ll also have a bespoke list of wines chosen especially for the menu. šŸ“… Thursday 20 & Friday 21 August šŸ•  From 5.30pm (last orders 8pm) There are just 30 spaces available each evening, so booking is essential. Tables of up to six. No booking fee. N.B. Because everything is sourced fresh from Portland Shellfish specifically for these two evenings, weā€™ll ask you to choose and pay for your food by Friday 14th Aug. It means we only buy exactly what weā€™ll be serving, ensuring everything arrives at its absolute best. Pay for whatever you drink on the night. Bookings close on Friday 14 August. šŸ¾ Fancy choosing something from our shelves instead? Absolutely. Weā€™ll happily open any bottle with corkage (just allow a little extra time if it needs chilling.) This oneā€™s all about good food, great wine and a bit of fun with friends.
